EpiCypher Launches CUTANA® Cloud, a Powerful Epigenomic Data Analysis Platform

DURHAM, N.C. — November 10th, 2025 — EpiCypher®, a pioneer in chromatin mapping technologies and reagents and the leading manufacturer of CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag assays, today announced the launch of CUTANA® Cloud, a secure, user-friendly bioinformatics platform designed to streamline analysis of high-throughput chromatin mapping assays such as CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag, as well as future applications such as ATAC-seq. As a platform that democratizes access to state-of-the-art pipelines for chromatin profiling analysis, CUTANA® Cloud enables biologists to rapidly process data from these assays without the need for advanced computational expertise.
