For managing sequencing data on a national scale
Mountain View, California–based DNAnexus provides a cloud-based data analysis and management platform for DNA sequencing data, with more than 12,000 users across 48 countries, including seven of the world’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies and eight of the 10 biggest diagnostics developers. In 2022, DNAnexus partnered with the UK Biobank, a long-term research project, to launch the world’s largest dataset of whole exome sequencing data—collected from nearly half a million U.K. volunteers—combined with detailed health information, making it available to hundreds of companies, nonprofits, and researchers around the world.
