The following terms govern your use of the Our Future Health platform: 

1. Terms of service for the DNAnexus platform at (the “DNAnexus TOS”); 
2. The Microsoft Commercial Licensing Terms available at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/terms/ (as such terms may be updated from time to time) ("Microsoft TOS"); and
3. The terms set out below, together, the " Our Future Health Terms of Service". 

By agreeing to these Our Future Health Terms of Service, you (on behalf of yourself and the entity that you represent, collectively “you”) agree to abide by these terms (which may be amended or updated from time to time). This will be called the “ Our Future Health TOS” henceforth.

Access and Use

1. In order to access the Our Future Health you must be a registered researcher on ’Our Future Health's Access Management System (“Our Future Health AMS”) at https://researcher.ourfuturehealth.org.uk/researchers/sign_in
   
   
2. To create a “Project” you understand that you must be listed as a Principal Investigator or Collaborator on an approved Our Future Health research application (as defined by the Our Future Health AMS) and have an account with the  Our Future Health AMS.
   
   
3. Your use of any data which you access in the Our Future Health must be in accordance with the Material Transfer Agreement (“MTA”) in place between your institution and Our Future Health and on which you are named as a Principal Investigator or Collaborator.
   
   
4. Your use of Our Future Health must be for the purpose of an approved Our Future Health research application which is conducted using Our Future Health data.  Use of Our Future Health for other purposes is prohibited.
   
   
5. Projects in the Our Future Health can be shared only between users on the same Our Future Health AMS application.
   
   
6. Access to a Project may be removed automatically if you:
1. Breach the DNAnexus TOS, the Our Future Health TOS or the MTA; and/or
2. You are no longer listed as a Principal Investigator or Collaborator on the Our Future Health AMS application associated with that Project; and in such circumstances the Project may be deleted.
7. The system may automatically access your Project (for example, in the form of a special service user called "Our Future Health Robot" \\[user: ofh.robot\\]) for the purposes of performing housekeeping such as dispensing and refreshing data.
   
   
8. You agree to the system automatically enforcing participant withdrawals by removing or updating files associated with withdrawn individuals.

Charging

1. Many actions in Our Future Health, such as running analyses, storing your own data or analysis results, or downloading data, are chargeable. You agree to be charged the following rates for such compute, storage, and egress: Our Future Health Rate Card (which may be amended or updated from time to time).
   
   
2. You can use the aforementioned wallet to conduct chargeable activities and agree that DNAnexus may charge you and your wallet for such activities (and you agree to be responsible for all activities associated with your account).  Should you consume the initial funds, you agree to either promptly provide billing information if you wish to continue using Our Future Health for chargeable activities, or to otherwise cease chargeable activities, including deleting any of your own data or analysis results that would cause storage charges. Failure to do so may result in the system disabling further access and automatically removing chargeable data.

Microsoft TOS

You acknowledge that Microsoft shall be entitled to enforce the Microsoft TOS directly against you as if Microsoft were a party to the Our Future Health TOS. Further, you have read and understood the conditions relating to the Microsoft TOS contained at clause 15 of the DNAnexus TOS.
