Working with AWS allows DNAnexus to deploy its customers’ multi-omic pipelines on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), using Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) for high-performance, high-durability storage and Amazon S3 Glacier for low-cost data archiving.
