UKB Research Analysis Platform (“RAP”)
Accelerator Package for use with UKB

• Pilot Studies - Our scientists work with clients to carry out pilot studies and provide scientific reports of methods and findings. Research will likely be carried out using existing apps such as REGENIE, Swiss-Army-Knife, and DxJupyterlab.
• Custom Tools - Our bioinformaticians recommend tools for developing custom tools to enable researchers to rapidly and effortlessly iterate over multiple rounds of scientific questioning. Deliverables may include an instructional report detailing the tool specification and example usage. Alternatively, clients may request their own tools to be ported as a DNAnexus app or workflow.
• Scientific Consultation - Our scientists help clients design the appropriate analysis, assist in interpretation results, provide statistical power assessments, and provide suggestions for meta-analysis to achieve a level of statistical power beyond what UKB data alone may provide.

Credits are also used to define units of training courses from DNAnexus Academy. Training courses and corresponding credits can be made available upon request. 

All xVantage Credits expire at the end of the Service Term set forth in the Order Form. 

2. Academy Training
Participants benefit from access to best practice recommendations and answers to their complex questions, as they develop skills to understand and navigate the UKB data, analyze data, develop analysis tools, and extract insights.

3. Customer Success Manager (CSM)
The CSM works with Accelerator clients to understand their objectives and develop a plan to achieve early wins. In addition, the CSM proactively looks out for our clients' best interests, suggesting innovative ways to keep them succeeding with RAP, and earning the right to be their trusted advisor. Customers who have purchased the UKB RAP Accelerator are entitled virtual meetings with their assigned Customer Success Manager, in addition to direct communication via email, at the following frequencies:

Note: the benefits under this Section 3 are only available to Customers who are not otherwise entitled to a Customer Success Manager under a separate arrangement with DNAnexus.

4. API and CLI Assistance
DNAnexus Care and developers (Professional and Enterprise clients) can recommend and troubleshoot the use of UKB RAP application programming interfaces (APIs) and command line interfaces (CLIs).
